Rainy Days

What do you like to do on a rainy day? Do you stay inside or play outside and get wet?

I like to wrap up in a blanket, sip hot chocolate and play board games with my family. Sometimes we roast marshmallows in the fireplace and make s'mores. It's difficult to do that now because of our 7 month old puppy who tries to eat everything. When I was younger I liked to sit at the front window and watch the rain fall on the street. I liked when it rained so hard that the street gutters would flood and when cars got too close water would spray into the air drenching anything nearby. Now I watch the rain out my back window fall on our pool's water. I love seeing the pattern the drops make on the water. It can be mesmerizing.
